Maxim W. Furek

Maxim W. Furek is an avid student of the paranormal. His eclectic background includes aspects of psychology, addictions, and rock journalism. He has a master’s degree in Communications from Bloomsburg University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Aquinas College. 

With a background in journalism, addiction psychology, and the unexplained, Maxim brings serious research with a twist of occult philosophy and just the right dose of high strangeness. He's a storyteller who weaves patterns where others see chaos.

Maxim has written numerous rock biographies and paranormal-themes books, such as Flying Saucer Esoteric: The Altered States of Ufology and Coal Region Hoodoo: Paranormal Tales from Inside the Pit. Sheppton: The Myth, Miracle, and Music, was featured on Australia’s Mysterious Universe and 
Hanger 1 will publish his upcoming book, The Lost Tribes of Bigfoot.

Maxim has been interviewed on podcasts, including Exploring the Bizarre with the legendary Timothy Green Beckley, Art Bell’s Midnight in the Desert with Heather Wade, and Paranormal 60 with Dave Schrader. 

He is a respected contributor to Fate Magazine, Normal Paranormal, and Paranormal Underground, showcasing his expertise and knowledge in the field.
